The ICME 2025 event is scheduled to take place on September 10-11, 2025, in person. However, authors who are unable to travel overseas will have the option to present their work remotely and participate virtually.

Registration Categories

• Author: Author presents the paper and attend Keynotes, paper presentations and sessions. Only one paper can be presented per registration.
• Participant: A Participant is an attendee that does not submit or present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions.

Prizes for best paper, innovation, voluntary etc.
