he ICME 2025 event is scheduled to take place on September 10 and 11, 2025, in person. However, authors who are unable to travel overseas will have the option to present their work remotely and participate virtually.

• Author: Author presents the paper and attend Keynotes, paper presentations and sessions. Only one paper can be presented per registration.
• Participant: A Participant is an attendee that does not submit or present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions.

Prizes for best paper, innovation, voluntary etc.
